Assuming they are actually different people, I wonder why no one has cast James Bond star, Daniel Craig, in the part of Vladimir Putin? Or conversely, invited Putin to play a role in a Bond movie?

Assuming they are actually different people, I wonder why no one has cast James Bond star, Daniel Craig, in the part of Vladimir Putin? Or conversely, invited Putin to play a role in a Bond movie?
